"After trying to engage several builders, meeting Thomas was a breath of fresh air. My project was ready to go but Thomas made some suggestions to my plan to save me money and eventually bring my build time forward. Circumstances mean't that he was onsite and able to start 2 months early. His Tradesmen are top notch with a work ethic 2nd to none. Throughout the project, there was constant communication and Thomas was always willing to talk about the progress and answer any questions that came up. The site was left clean and tidy every afternoon and the finished product is absolutely amazing. Built on budget and on time. Built By Thomas completed the works for new landing and stairs, a double car space garage and a new front fence with completion in 2022. Tom's correspondence and his team's attention to detail was second to none. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and no question went unanswered. He was always available and was genuinely upfront, compassionate and realistic. All defects or changes that were required were done promptly and without fuss, Tom was very accommodating and understanding. We plan to do further work on our place and will no doubt engage with Tom and his team again."

We had tall ceilings in the stairwells and very awkward. Refitted our doors and removed any paint spills and splashes that we created. The paint the team used was quality.
